General Information

All orders are processed the week you place your order  from our office in Santa
Barbara, CaliforniaWe use the U.S. Postal Service for our regular shipping.

Most orders are received by customers within 14-21 business days.

 International delivery varies, delivery time to Britain and Europe is usually an additional
two weeks.

 Imported hand painted plaques take approximately 10 to 12 weeks for production and shipping.

All orders including 11 x 17" history and coats of arms items are shipped in mailing tubes.

All framed products are boxed. Shipping and handling costs are calcuted at different rates for products of different weights. For paper products, this is generally: $5.00 for the first item, and $1.00 for each additional item.

Rush Delivery

For rush delivery we generally use UPS or Fed-Ex. Our rush delivery rates are calculated right on our shopping page. Please note these are additional charges on top of the base shipping and handling charges.

Free Shipping

We currently offer free shipping on any order totalling $65 U.S., before taxes.
Rush shipping is still available on these orders at our regular fee.
