Information Retention

Personal information is retained in a secure data base. The personal information is retained indefinitely except for credit
card details. Credit card details are retained for a period of 90 days, after which the details are deleted. Credit card information contained on backups of our data base are destroyed within 120 days.

Cookies that are placed on the customer's machine are retained for 100 days.

Information Control

You can control your personal information by sending The Heritage Store a request via postal mail (as other means are
less secure). If we validate that you are the owner of the data, the information may be updated, or deleted.

If you wish to opt-out of email notifications, you can be removed from the mailing list at
any time by sending us an email request, or by using the opt-out link provided in the newsletter.

We will not sell, give, share, or trade your personal information with any company that is not part of Swyrich Corporation, except as disclosed in this statement. Within the Swyrich Corporation information is used for the limited purposes stated here-in. Personal information will only be used for the stated purposes. We also do not allow other companies to offer
our customer's products or services, unless you opt-in to receive such notifications

Information Access

We provide you with the means to access the following:

• status of your order by on-line log-in, fax, or phone (for on-line access, you must provide an email address and password during the order process)
• your personal information, as stated, and restricted, in Information Control sub-section, less the credit card details

You can request access to your information, less credit card details, by contacting our custom service representative via telephone.

Employees of Swyrich Corporation do not have access to your personal information, except at the time of order
processing, or by the data base adminstrator via secure password access. Admin access would be necessary to address data base maintenance issues, only.

Information Security

We are committed to protecting the security of your personal information from loss, misuse or alteration. We use security technology and procedures to protect information from unauthorized access, use or disclosure. We store information on a global secure server, with limited access, that is located in controlled facilities. When personal information is transmitted,
such as a credit card number, we protect it through the use of 128 bit SSL encryption.

Cookies

When you visit the site, a cookie is placed on your PC, if the customer's browser accepts cookies. If the visitor is
returning to the site, then the cookie is read from the visitor's PC. The cookie is used to

• track the progression of the visitor's order

The cookie is retained for a period as described in Information Retention sub-section. I
f you disable cookies, you will be able to view the content of the web site, but you will not be able to place orders.

Cookies are not linked to your personal information.
